Authors are expected to conform to the basic standards of professional ethics widely required in scholarly publishing such as on plagiarism and data manipulation. JKAS uses third-party plagiarism detection software. Careful and appropriate citations of related research works must be included. Proper co-authorship should have been discussed based on the individual contributions to the manuscript. The JKAS editorial board will assume that consent on authorship has been reached before submission of the manuscript. Original contributions should be distinct from the authors' own papers previously published or submitted to other journals. It is the authors' responsibility to obtain appropriate permissions, and to give proper credit in the manuscript when it contains copyrighted material.Compliance with the KAS ethics policy (in Korean and English) is mandatory.
